We are over the moon to be awarded national Winner of the Best Live or Hybrid Brand Event at the 2022 Australian Event Awards, for our work with Galderma on the First impression symposium. We attended the awards evening on 23rd November onboard the Jackson Sydney and were delighted to share this success with the event industry.
Thank you to the judges for your comments:
– “Well done on a fabulous hybrid event – what an outstanding effort and achievement! Reading through all the areas you have thought about, from the conferencing, interaction, showcases all virtually and in person. For me it was the attention to detail – you can see from your application that you nailed it!”
– “Wonderful how you circumvented the restrictions in China to be able to reach that audience. Accommodating the extra live sites in Asia mid-project demonstrates great flexibility and good management.”
Michael Fleck said: “Thank you Galderma for the opportunity to show that multi-site hybrid really works when you do it right. It’s particularly gratifying to see a hybrid event winning in a category against some excellent in-person events – it shows the difference between ‘virtual events’ and real events using online spaces.”
The power of multi-site simultaneous hybrid events is second to none, when you do it right.
• They are more inclusive,
• Allow you to reach 10x or more people,
• Provide greater flexibility and
• Are less time-demanding for your people, and
• Deliver greater sustainability by reducing the carbon footprint of delegate and presenter travel and logistics.
The key to the success of the First Impressions by Galderma symposium was our fully customised 360-degree Galderma-branded 3D dynamic set which beamed remote speakers in to join in-person presenters on stage, and our focus on uniting all guests – no matter where or how they attended – through shared presentations and experiences, including our dedicated mobile interface and activations which provided ongoing engagement and live session interaction.
This recognition follows Galderma Australia being awarded the Global Best Practice Award for innovation in healthcare professionals’ (HCP) education for First Impressions.
