This depends on the complexity of the content/media you might need support with, eg speaker capture, opening video creation, or presentation design. We work with organisations that may have these services internally, or require assistance. Six weeks is minimal lead time.
We have select number of virtual stage sets that can be utilised, incorporating brand elements such as logos, animations, topic related pictures to help set the scene relating to the event message. If none of these suit, we can design a space from scratch.
With a professional branded stage set, which reflects your colours and brand, plus incorporates quality speaker capture, and presentation design, you are demonstrating that you value your audience and are going to give them something that is worthy of their attention. This sets your brand apart from the rest, who are often utilising entry level team related meeting platforms.
Plan your sessions so they’re short, sharp and to the point. Audiences watching screens, need content to be easily digested, have high visual impact, and it helps to bring in a variety of views, whether that be more than one presenter, or incorporating audience feedback and create an engaging quiz, questionnaire or dynamic word cloud that provide real time live results that adds sentiment and opens conversations between the speaker and the audience.

This can be effective if you have a couple of speakers, strategy, polling and breakout rooms for 15 minute business area presentations or discussion. Should you wish to extent to a 2-3 hour presentation/event, then Unite240 is the upgrade on offer. We’ve done one to two full days before, or broken conferences up to 3 hours over multiple days, so it depends on the amount of information you wish to share. An ideation/planning session might help uncover a solution that’s right for you.
We recommend presentations focus on imagery rather than bullet point text style. Key comments or graphics that appear next to your speak to anchor their message is far more visually engaging that too much text on a screen. Incorporate animation, or movement. Keep text font size to minimum of 24point.
